I am impressed with the work of Sara Landriault and her associates because they are trying to end the Mommy wars. This is not a voice of anti-daycare but prochoice. If parents get equal funding for every child they are in the best position to make decisions that fit their kids.

The Toronto Star series today sadly risks revving up the mommy wars again. Moms who use daycare get defensive and daycare lobbyists say poor daycare proves need for more daycare- and they of course want more money just to their care style.

We really do need to fund all kids directly and let parents fund the daycare as they wish. Sara Landriault's views seem like a win-win
