Episode Length: 11 min

Mark Sutcliffe is joined by former Western Standard publisher, Ezra Levant. The Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission has rejected a complaint by the Edmonton Council of Muslim Communities against former Levant over his republication of the Danish Muhammad cartoons. Levant calls it a "hollow victory", considering he spent 900 days and $100,000 defending himself. While the complaintants didn't pay a dime, Canadian taxpayers picked up a tab of $500,000 for the HRC "trial".
